Voices from the Parish

This week's Voice from the Parish is Melanie. Here is what Melanie has to say about her important volunteer role within our wonderful community.

'My name is Melanie , I attend mass at Holy Cross church.

I volunteer at the church. 

Every Friday , I clean the Resource Center, and once every 4 weeks,  on a Thursday,  I help with the tea and coffee which is served in the Resource centre after mass.

I am glad to be involved , it's very rewarding. I get to meet and know other parishioners.

I have made new friends

It's only an hour or so of my time, yet the rewards are many.'
