Voices from the Parish

Voices from the Parish is a brand new feature for our brand new blog! Each week, we will feature one of our parish volunteers and the wonderful work they do in the community. This is in order to show the community just how many varied roles there are for volunteers in the parish, and to encourage parishioners to get involved!

Our very first featured volunteer is Andrew;

'I’m Andrew, and I’m a reader at St. Edward’s church.  It gives me great joy to serve the community, proclaiming the Word of God from the lectern, (even though I can barely see over it!), and in thoughtfully writing, and delivering, the prayers.'
