Easter 2026

Lent and Easter are an important time in the church and we have many events each year that highlight this. Here are a selection of photos from throughout this holy period, including the Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Holy Thursday.

We offer huge congratulations to those who were baptised, confirmed or received into the Catholic Church on Easter Vigil at St Edwards.

This year, we also held an outdoor Stations of the Cross on Good Friday, around Eastleigh town centre. This was our first year moving Stations of the Cross outside, and we had lots of people turn up for readings from the Gospel, hymns and prayers. Thank you to everyone who came to show their support, and to take part in the Holy procession of the cross. We hope to make next year's Good Friday procession even bigger, across more of Eastleigh town centre.
