RCIA
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
What?
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a journey for those who would like to be received into the Catholic Church, or who would like to be baptised or confirmed. We also welcome those who are interested in exploring the Catholic faith.
Whatever your circumstances, RCIA is a place to come, ask questions, learn and discover more about the Catholic faith.
Our sessions provide an opportunity to explore:
-
Who Jesus is and what it means to follow Him
-
The Bible and the teachings of the Catholic Church
-
Prayer and the celebration of the Mass
-
The Sacraments and Catholic life
-
How faith can become part of everyday life
You don't need to know everything about Catholicism before you come. RCIA is a time to learn, reflect, ask questions and discern where God may be calling you.
Whether you are simply curious, returning to faith, or seriously considering becoming Catholic, you are warmly welcome to join us.
We also offer RCIA in Cantonese.
